Our 2013 prices at a glance:

Rooms:

Prices are per person per day, assuming a minimum stay of 3 days. If you wish to stay for less than three days, please contact us for a specific quotation.

Apartments:

Among other things these also include free entry to the Acquarena adventure pool. As we have a special agreement, free entry is valid all day (not just for 2,5 hours) and also on Sundays and public holidays.

The services of the new Brixencard are also included in the price.

Reductions:

Children staying in their parents’ room are entitled to a reduction of 30 - 70% depending on their age. Children under 3 years of age stay for free during the low season.

General Conditions:

•Telephone reservations only become binding upon receipt of written confirmation.

•Room cancellations can only be made in writing.

•There is no charge for cancellations made up to 3 weeks before your planned date of arrival. Later cancellations up to one week before the planned start of your holiday attract a cancellation charge of 50% of the cost of the entire stay. If the reservation is cancelled in the last week before the planned start of your holiday, we are obliged to charge the 70% of the cost of the booked stay. These conditions are also applicable for late arrival or early departure.

•To protect you financially in such circumstances, we suggest that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that the charges will be covered for you by the "Europäische Reiseversicherung" company.

•Payment: We prefer to be paid in cash (in Italy is no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding euro 999,99 min cash). However we also accept credit cards (Eurocard, Visa and MasterCard).

 
•The rooms are available from 2pm on your day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 10.30 am on your day of departure.

 
•You are welcome to bring pets with you. We make a charge of € 5 per day (excl. feed). Please bring a blanket or basket with you for your pet.
